We’ve moved into a new Suffolk headquarters!

| It’s official. We’ve moved. After another successful year of growth, we’ve relocated ICS to our new headquarters at Suffolk House, Broomvale Business Centre in Little Blakenham. It’s an exciting step for us and one that comes at a really good time for us. Over the last 12 months, we’ve welcomed four new members of staff, including three engineers and a Digital Marketing Executive. As the team has grown, we’ve very much outgrown our previous office, so it was time to find somewhere that could give us the space we need for the next stage of ICS. A bigger space for a growing team Our previous office was 1,500 sq ft. Our new headquarters is 2,259 sq ft, giving us much more room to work with.The new space gives our team a better working environment and gives us more room to continue growing. We’ve also got a dedicated meeting room, so we can welcome clients into the office and have somewhere comfortable to sit down and talk through their IT. We’ve also got more space in our workshop, which means we can have quicker access to the tools we use to support our clients. Having everything in one place gives our engineers quicker access to the kit they need. A better location for our clients The move isn’t just about having a bigger office. Our new location also gives us easier access to the A14 and A12, making it easier for our engineers to get out to clients quicker, across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and the wider East of England. When a client needs us on site, getting there quickly matters. Our new location gives us a better base for doing exactly that. A building with a bit of character There’s also something a little different about our new home. Suffolk House has Grade II listed original exposed beams still on show. It’s certainly not your typical modern office, but we really like the character it brings to our new space. Another milestone for ICS The move comes after a particularly exciting year for us.We were recently named Growth Business of the Year at the 2026 East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards, and our continued growth has meant we’ve been able to expand the team and invest in the business. For us, the new office is another part of that investment. It gives us the room to keep growing, while making sure we have the facilities and location we need to continue providing the level of service our clients expect. We’re still settling in, there are a few boxes left to unpack and we’re working out where everything should live, but we’re officially here. Welcome to the new home of ICS. |
