We mark 27 years with a bold rebrand and renewed commitment to our clients
We are investing in our future to protect and grow our position after 27 years. We recently celebrated this milestone with 70 businesses at Ipswich Sports Club on 14th January.
For nearly three decades, we have built a reputation for providing reliable IT solutions across East Anglia, relying solely on word of mouth and recommendations. To support our continued growth, we have undertaken a significant rebrand, aligning our identity with the values and expertise that have defined our success.
“ICS has always stood for reliability, expertise, and outstanding service. Our refreshed brand reflects this legacy while preparing us for the future,” said Tim Goulding, Managing Director.
As part of this evolution, we are now known simply as ICS. The change comes in response to feedback that “Ipswich Computer Services” gave a limited impression of our capabilities. Our new name and branding highlight our broad expertise and ability to support businesses across the region.
Our updated logo features three interconnected dots, representing our core services: IT support, hardware supply, and service. The design, inspired by RGB colours and shaped like a monitor, symbolises clarity, security, and order in IT solutions. Our tagline, “Your IT Partner,” reinforces our commitment to being a trusted extension of our clients’ teams.
This milestone also coincides with the promotion of Craig Starling to Director. “Our refreshed identity not only reflects where we come from but also where we’re headed. We are expanding our services, including working with start-ups and offering website development, while ensuring our clients continue to receive the exceptional support they rely on,” said Craig.
We are especially grateful to our loyal clients, some of whom have been with us since the very beginning. Their trust and support have been instrumental in our success. As we move forward, our focus remains on delivering outstanding service while expanding to support more businesses across East Anglia.
