We appoint a new Director as we continue to grow

We are marking a significant milestone at ICS with the promotion of Craig Starling to Director. Having been a key part of our team for the past six years, Craig steps into this leadership role at an exciting time of growth and expansion for us.

For 26 years, we have built our reputation on delivering high-quality IT solutions and personalised service. Unlike many IT providers that rely on ticketing systems, we take a more hands-on approach. Our clients work directly with IT engineers, who also serve as account managers, ensuring a consistent and tailored experience. This customer-focused model has helped us build strong, long-term relationships, with some businesses having been with us since we were founded in 1998.
