We are celebrating 30% growth over the past year
Over the past year, we’ve seen a 30% increase in growth at ICS Ltd. It’s a result we’re incredibly proud of and a reflection of the change in strategy and investment in growth we’ve focused on recently.
We’ve made some key changes that helped us get here, including Craig Starling’s promotion to Director, a full rebrand, investment in marketing and PR, increasing our headcount, expanding our services, and sharpening our focus on customer service. All of this has helped us move forward, and set a strong foundation for continued growth.
Despite a challenging economic climate and rising employment costs, we’ve stayed committed to strengthening our core services and investing in our people. Development remains a priority, and we’ve worked hard to keep raising the bar in what we offer and how we deliver it.
In just the last few months, we’ve welcomed three new team members, two IT engineers and a junior digital marketer, growing our team by 25%. This expansion boosts our capacity across IT support, strengthens our digital offering, and allows us to meet growing client demand more effectively.
Director Craig added, “While skills can be developed, it’s personality that really matters, and that’s what we look for. We look for people with the right attitude and approach to working with our clients, that’s what sets us apart. Building a team like this not only strengthens our services now, but puts us in a strong position to boost turnover again in the upcoming year.”
Looking ahead, we’re planning to build on this momentum, continuing to strengthen our presence across East Anglia while remaining a trusted IT partner for businesses across the region.
